Shipping
Delivery time depends on shipping method selected. You may select from Standard Ground (4-10 days), or Air delivery. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. We use UPS as our shipping carrier, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is by Standard delivery only, and the average delivery time is 5-10 business days. Please note that orders to Hawaii are shipped using USPS.
Standard Ground
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders that are placed Monday-Thursday before 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed on the following Monday.
Air
All Air orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Air orders confirmed after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed the following business day. Second Day Air orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays). Second Day Air is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. There are no exchange or refunds on any item(s) that has been used or do not have its original packaging. The product must not be opened and must be in resalable condition in order to receive a refund. We will refund your money to the credit card you used to purchase your item. Please note that the shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable unless is our error in shipping. You may not return: sale items, cosmetics, and gift certificates
If you would like to return a product, please email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the box, and please include the packing slip inside. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without this authorization number. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured United States Postal Service when returning goods. We prefer return requests be handled ONLY through email to expedite your return.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned product. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Gift Cards
When placing an order for a gift card, you will have the following options: Have the card Mailed to you, or specified recipient(or hold until a certain date, then mail). OR Pick-up in store. Please note your preferred method in the 'special instructions' box during checkout.
Services
Once an order for a service has been placed (ie. waxing, massage), you will have the following options: Book your appointment online. OR include a note in the 'special instructions' box during checkout stating the preferred time of service. You will be contacted further to confirm available dates & times.
